Before We Arrive
- Access: make sure you have the gate code and unit key, or meet us there.
- Facility rules: some facilities require the renter to be present or to add us as an authorized person — check with the office.
- Photos help: a photo of the open unit lets us price it accurately.
Storage Unit Cleanout Pricing
- 5×5 or 5×10 unit: often a 1/4 to 1/2 load (from $200)
- 10×10 unit: often a 1/2 to full load
- 10×20 or larger: often one or more full loads (from $800 each)
